Question:
I do my upper body at the gym, but the idea of going to the gym 7 days a week just doesn't fly with me. Can I do intense bike rides to build my lower body? If so, what should I do? What kind of biking and how long? I have a mountain bike with all the gears and stuff and other proper equipment. What should I do? Thanks, I appreciate it.

ye thats pretty good, id throw in some squats here and there at the gym...but id say do some hills really feel the burn...and i dunno im not such a biker.but wat works for running is go at a normal pace for a little bit...and then sprint as fast as u can for like a minute...maybe since ur on a bike...5 min normal..5 min fast?...and hills aregood in general im sure..
