Drink a lot of water. And eat a peach/water filled fruit when you are hungry. Also eat very slowly...it does help! Try and giving yourself fun stuff to do when you are bored. Boredom is the biggest trigger of hunger. Try and tell yourself that your mind is playing petty food games and that you dont really need to eat but should be engaged in some fun activity.
