I am hungry all the time, can I still lose weight?

Question:
I feel like I am always hungry, even though I try to follow the typical advice to eat more protein and whole grains and eat frequent small meals. I am trying to lose a small amount of weight, about 8 pounds, what else can I do to stop being so hungry without blowing my diet. What can I take or eat? Thanks!

Answers:
Drink a lot of water. And eat a peach/water filled fruit when you are hungry. Also eat very slowly...it does help! Try and giving yourself fun stuff to do when you are bored. Boredom is the biggest trigger of hunger. Try and tell yourself that your mind is playing petty food games and that you dont really need to eat but should be engaged in some fun activity. Hope that helps.
I drink more water everyday, it helps to stay full or not as hungry.
good luck
Try drinking water more frequently, it will help fill you up. Plus, sometimes people get the feeling of being hungry when they are actually thirsty.
It's ok to throw a little fat in the diet; it signals your appetite to shut down.

Start your next meal with a handful of almonds. Then drink some water and wait 15 mins before you eat the veggies, then the protein last.
your probably not hungry lots of people mistake thirst for hunger
