Should I feel bad?

Question:
I worked out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednsday. I fill bad because I did not work out today. Is this ok? (I'm going to work out tomorrow.)

Answers:
You dont have to work out every day. body needs rest and recover at least one day a week.
Nothing you cant keep up with on regular basis is good for you.
It also depends on did you do that because you didnt have energy (which means you are not eating enough) or because you had other things to do?
no u shouldn't feel bad!
worrking out three days is great. ur just giving yourself a break. To much working out is bad for a person
i feel bad too when i don't work out; but it's normal as long as you don't totally freak out.
maybe your daily routine is so maybe you are not use it
sometimes if you feel bad for not working out, you can still do a little something.. like a short walk, etc... think about the things you did to compensate for it. walking through the mall, or you didn't eat any junk, or you've kept at it for a few weeks, and you just felt like a break... kinda like a reward.
no way...give yourself a break...I work out 5 days a week was sick last week and was out for a week...I just went back yesterday, a little soar but will ease back into it..don't feel bad..you are doing fine
