Do a whole lot of crunches like around 200-300 and day (not all together, like in divided sets) because crunches are the best abdominal workout workout. Do around 100-200 situps while you are at it
put you lower back on a stack of pillows or something firm, and hold your legs straight out, in the air, and use your stomach to hold your legs up, but you know im a freshie to and a 6 pack is not needed a smooth stomach with a happy trail is better to me than a six pack...

everybody has a six pack but they have to remove the body fat to actually see it okay now go to youtube and do the 8 minute abs that should work a little but to really get a six pack you need to eat right and get your body fat to around 10%-5% thats when the muscles finally show i recommend running on a tread mill atleast 10 minutes a day and maybe some jump rope to go along with the 8 minute abs hopefully i helped!
