What is a good mix of vitamins daily to help energy.?

Right now I am taking a multi-vitamin, co q10, b complex, calcium magnesium, and iron. Is this a good mix? Is there something better to have good energy and focus.

Why are you taking 2 vitamins?(a multi & a b-complex), one or the other is all you require. I also would drop the iron, other wise I think you are ok with what you are taking.

You need Vitamin A (good for the eyes), Vitamin B and C.
And whatever you take, so that's a good mix.
Forget vitamins, get a healthy diet and plenty of fresh air. Good luck.
I'm not sure about vitamins, but I find having a decent breakfast of cereal and fruits helps with starting the day at a good energy level, even when I don't get enough sleep.

Also, having food with low glycemic levels really helps with maintaining energy level and focus throughout the whole day.

I'm not an expert, but it seems like eating the recommended fruits and vegtables per day is a balanced way of getting all your required vitamins/minerals.
