Why do i always want to eat junk food all the time!?


Question:
i mean, i am gaining weight by doing this!
and its like i NEED it.
crisps, chocolate, biscuits, cake etc..

is there any reason for all this?
Ohhh and any good diets that make you lose weight..
im going on holiday soon!!!!
i cant look FAT!

I do the same! try to figure out when you eat the most. i realized i did the most junk food eating while i was at the desk at work! eeek i sit here for 8 hours. so now i dont bring anything to work and when i get bored i walk around the office and talk to people around here. my suggestion when u are about to eat. put it down and do some crunches! helps you keep the fat away and burn it too! hope this helps. :P

It could be for many reasons, most likely is dopamine levels. Junk food is like any drug, it highers your dopamine levels and when you get low you want more and more and more. Try substituting healthier foods at first till you don't need them at all. Focas on something else that makes you happy and do that more and more till you crave that instead

It's addicting. It's just like a drug. Start making your own snack food there are a lot of good ones out there. that way YOU control what you eat. When you pick a recipe to try, check out the calories, fat content, and total carbs, keep them as low as you possibly can. They have a lot of good recipes on the Internet a couple of my favorite places are meals for you and kraft foods.
there are things in the food that make it addictive, like caffein in soda or coffee,,

he gets hooked on the fast food as well,, and it's just like how Coke put cocain in their soda at the beginning, because it is highly addictive and they make more money, so the fast food and junk food companies have taken after their lead and added addicting ingredients that get you hooked on their food. And also with the advertising you have experiences from your youth, it creates a sense of security when you eat it and familiarness and it also just tastes good. So it's a combination of addicting ingredients and advertising which have you hooked on fast food and junk food.
Hahaha... Well stop! You have no self discipline that is why you do it. Just don't, that's it, nothing to it. Tell yourself NO I DON"T WANT TO EAT IT!
My advice is to force ourself not to eat it for three to five days. After this you will notice that it gets easier to avoid it. I think it resembles an addiction. Once you put it down for a while you will wonder why you did it. However, you have to be careful because once you start eating it again you will be back where you started. Exercise is the best way to lose weight remember no pain no gain. if you have a hard time sticking to it ask a friend or someone close to you to help motivate you whether it be reminding why you have to do it or downright mean about it. I am havinng my boyfriend help me and so far it is working. It also helps to look forward to a runner's high. When I start i just look forward to how I will feel when I am done. Remind yourself that no matter how hard it is you will eventually be done and the results will make you feel better and happier with your body. Good Luck.
What most people do not realize is that these foods you are eating are addictive. Sugar has addictive properties and your body will go through withdrawls with out it. Which is the craving you are experiencing. You have to deal with the craving and let your system detox (much like quitting smoking). Your success depends on your will power and how bad you want to lose weight and be in better health.

As far as good diets. Don't think of it as a diet, but a way of life. Forgo the sugary, processed foods (the hardest part) and start eating more fruits/veggies and lean meats. If you are looking to lose weight you WILL need to do cardio. Running, biking, jogging, swimming etc. . . Do what you can the first day and shoot to do a little more the next day until you are doing 20-30 minutes each day. It all takes work but it's worth it for your health and your own self worth.
