A good weight is 8 stone 3 pounds for someone who is 5'3". Depending on bone structure. NOT BELOW 7 STONE. That is too skinny. 10 stone would be fine if your big boned. Your not overweight but at risk.

my mum is 5ft 2 and wights 9st 2 and she is a size 8
well im 5 foot 4 ins and im 7.5 stone and im underweight so i would say your not but you should weigh however much you want to weigh im happy with my weight even though im underweight im still healthy thats all that matters.

i was 9 stone when i was 5"3 and i wasnt overweight so i think you should loose just a little bit of weight get to about 9STONE 5Pounds
the best way to check is by calculating your BMI (body mass index) you can do this on a number of websites, check out bbc.co.uk/health. all you need is your height and weight. they've also got a chart showing a rough guide of healthy weights for different heights. 10 stone is within the healthy range for your height, but at the upper end, so it wouldn't hurt you to lose a bit. 7 stone is way too thin though. 8 is the minimum for you.
I think that you are fine. As long as you do some form of exercise and you are happy that is all that matters
How old are you?
First of all, don't worry about weight, as this is only a rough indicator (and not very accurate) on how healthy/unhealthy you are.
Weight doesn't take into account your somotype (bodyshape) either endomorph, ectomorph, or mesomorph, (all have different healthy levels of weight); and it doesn't take into account muscle mass, etc.
The best thing you can do is go and get your body fat levels measured, most good gyms will do it, or you can buy a machine from argos!!
