Which exercise can be more efficient for toning up muscle's of hand and for stamina?

How about those gripper-thingys? [Pardon the technical terms :-) ] You know, those things you squeeze, often times for stress relief? Those might help with hand strength.

Also, my friend is a trainer and he says that do sprint cycles will help with your speed. That is, sprint a distance, then slowly jog until you catch your breath, then repeat the cycle. It's tough, because the sprinting takes a lot out of you, but that's what he says...

The way you get faster is by building up your endurance and stamina. So if you run alot then what you are running will be far easier to do so you will indeed run faster. Sometimes if you are alrady in shape you just need to work on your running form that helps alot.
If you wanna get faster training in water is great, also running on sand, if you've got that option is really great. Underwater training is great for fight preperation/Training...as far as hand strentgh try getting one of those power ball spinny things, or A simple flex instrument. Sorry I'm not being more specific I don't know the exact name of the instruments but they are ridiculously common, if you stroll down to your local sporting goods store (Modells I know definetly has them) and ask for the grip improving/hand flexing instruments they will be able to point you to it easily! Also they are really cheap, I got a high end one (the power spinny ball thing) and it was under 20 bucks. Remember to strectch and warm up well before any training and have fun!
well...the "muscle's of hand" thing may take some time. if you happen to play the piano, that's really all you need. do many scales and pieces that work on technique. if you don't, then try those wonderful things called STRESSBALLS! give them a good squeeze now and then. as for stamina, that can only depend on how much you practice. the only way to improve for running is to do it a lot and to push yourself more each time. good luck.
