How do you maintain weight if you're going to eat at a buffet?

Eat a light breakfast and try to go for lunch.
Get a salad for starters..and stay away from greasy foods.
Just get everything you want..but just like half a spoonful. That way, you ca have everything you want..but it's in a msaller portion.
and for dessert..get something small/light.
Like a cookie or two. Alittle bit of ice cream with one or no toppings.
Make good healthy choices. Stay away from greasy fried foods. There will no doubt be lots of yummy good for you food to choose from.
try to drink a full glass of water , before the meals and it should help u eat proportinal size at a buffet without gettin over stuffed. but i ask why go buffet if u dont want to eat buffet style...
Eating always makes you gain a pound or two, but one meal won't cause you to gain 10 pounds no matter how much you eat. And if you're not doing this everyday, it would be okay to just eat whatever you want. You can burn it off later with exercise anyway so it's really not much of a big deal as long as it's just once.
If you're eating every day though or like twice a day you should try to eat Vegetable, clean looking meats, and not a lot of desserts.Just try to fill up on the foods you don't think have a lot of fat and grease on them so that you don't have a lot of room for dessert. And drinking water is always better than drinking sugar filled pop.
if its for 3 days just have fun (not too much) and eat (try not way way too much) and take care of this when you come back. drink water, alcohol is fattening. dont trust too much on their salds, its useally lots of oil and sauce. take small portions, share in the deesert (prefer fruits on cakes), dont eat flaky pastry.. but you said you want to eat allot. wallk allot, travel, do stuff. this way you will eat less and loss some pounds. i am soory but you cant aet the cake and stay thin. you will have to compromise. you cant to eat allot without gaining any.
