try eating food with less carbs, since you're sitting most of the time you're probably not using that so it will be stored as fat.

1. Calf Stretch - Remove your shoes and place your feet flat on the floor with your knees slightly apart. Bring your toes up towards the front of your legs while keeping your heels on the floor. This will help iron kinks out of your calves.
2. Body Lift - Place your hands on the arms of your chair and lift yourself up slightly. Repeat.
3. Buns on the Run - Tighten your buns together and hold, then release.
4. Straight & Narrow - Sit up straight in your chair. Take note of how you sit throughout the day. If you're slumping a lot, try to practice correcting your posture. Good posture makes one look thinner.
5. Arch - While sitting up arrow straight, bring your lower tummy towards forward until you feel your back arch. Next, reverse the motion. This will help relieve back pressure.

When you have the time to watch TV, do crunches and jump rope during the commericals. 3 minutes of cardio during a half-hour TV show can be at least 10 minutes of work out daily. Have a proper diet as well, eat fruit frequently and drink water often. Swimming and jogging is good for you too, so do that. And drop the spicy food, that's probably the reason for your weight gain. Bring those 100 calorie packs to work to snack on, and bring fruit cups to snack on too.
The only thing I can think of is just to eat healthy. Go through your kitchen and throw away all your junk food, then go to an all health store like Wild Oats, and buy new food. That way you won't be tempted to eat sweats all the time. Also, always eat a healthy breakfast and drink lots of water. Another thing you can do is even if you're tired, go for a walk around your neighborhood. You won't want to but exercising will boost your energy level. Hope I helped!
A) You have from the time you get home until sundown to go for a walk, or you could get up early and go for a walk (if you don't think you can get up earlier, just think about how much time you spend getting a shower, doing your hair, and putting on makeup in the morning and put it into perspective). B) I have a job working in front of a computer and no matter how much overtime I put it, it doesn't cost just a whole lot of energy to do it, leaving me plenty of energy to go home and do pilates. C) The weekend is 48 hours...do you sleep the whole time? It takes about 15 mins to walk at a cardio efficient pace around the block, leaving you 47 hours and 45 minutes to sleep, if you do indeed sleep the whole weekend. Even so, you won't see miraculous weight loss if you only walk for 15 minutes a day, and if that it what you are looking for, the only advice I know is to think about whether you are serious about losing weight, because if you are the word 'lazy' can't be in your lifestyle.

Walk everywhere. I'm not kidding. Walk EVERYWHERE.
I walk, on average, 6 hours a day, of brisk walking. It helps so much, you wouldn't believe it.
On the weekends, just get off the couch, and go do some fun stuff. Sleeping in too long will make you groggy, and you won't have the energy to do anything. Just get up early, and get the day going!

To really lose your weight for good. Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.
