Okay i know ive allready asked a question on here before but i think i should be more specific this time.Im 15 5ft2 and 135 pounds ive been on a "diet" for 17 days so far and ive been doing about 150-200 crunches a day.I only have till september 4th to lose weight , how much do you think ill be able to lose by then and how can i lose it ?
