What are some good excersizes to get a flat tummy?


Question:
if possible,are there any good ways to get one in 6 days?i want to start right now and please no diet foods just exersizes i already eat healthy foods.also,none that you need equipment for,cause i dont have any,cept for a swing set with monkey bars at the top in my backyard if you can use that for any of them.please help!

There is not much you can do to flatten your tummy permanently in six days. However, drastically reduce your sodium intake and drink a lot of water. Also avoid starchy foods and carbonated beverages. All of these lead to bloat and water retention. Drinking a lot of water will flush out your system and any toxins. Do some crunches every day too and you will notice a slight change.
lots and lots of crunches...like 500 in the morning...500 in the afternoon and 500 at night
Join a fitness studio, they always have good exercises for flat stomach, if time is a problem, like u said 6 days then u should just do crunches. as much as u can do.
not in six days but through determination and hard work you will achieve this...

Yes-7 minute miracle- it's on the internet. I'll give you the info here though
Basically-whatever muscles you want to build-like the tummy-you do situps for 7 minutes.
Legs/butt Squats 7 minutes

**Do this 2 times a day on top of a low Glycemic diet>and you will see results
Do lots of crunches, but also try doing other exercises such as leg lifts or the hundred to work other parts of your abs. For leg lifts, I usually do 10 seconds at each of four levels, and double the highest level before working my way back down. Also, side crunches help tone your obliques.
Theres a ball in the fitness/outdoors section at walmart that costs $12 go buy one inflate, sit on top of ball roll to the middle of your ball and do crunches for like an hour or two everyday. Inside the box should be some helpful instructions. Its the cheapest piece of equipment i own and it works miracles. I've lost 40lb in the past 7 months with my workout bench and my ball.
If you do core workouts (working the rectus abdominis which are the muscles attached to the pelvis that make the "six pack" look) helps not only balance, but working these muscles also helps pull the stomach muscles inward. When the muscles are pulled in, it makes your stomach look flatter.

Good Core excersizes are:

Planks (holding yourself parallel to the ground bracing with the elbows)
Bicycle crunches (kick your legs like you're riding a bike, touching elbows to opposite knee)
Push-ups (good for the arms and chest as well)
Supermans (lay face down and raise right arm and left leg at the same time and alternate between this and left arm right leg)
Hip lifts (raise your legs straight up, then gently push your pelvis up and down keeping your legs straight)
