i eat 3 meals a day because i know you should do that, drink loads of water and skip for half an hour a day?

honestly i've never heard of skipping - running would probably be better. eat three meals but make sure you aren't eating too much - eat about 1200-1500 calories and if you run for half an hour a day you should see results in about 1-2 weeks. the actual amount you will lose depends on your metabolism.
