I usally Don't have anything in my stomack because i eat after i excersice. But since i haven't eaten anything yet before i'm doing my exercise. What do i burn when exersicing. Since there is no calories in my stomach? Do I burn overnight Fat or what?

There is plenty of energy in the form of glycogen stored in your muscles and liver, something like 2000-2400 calories worth. You're also using some of the free fatty acids in your bloodstream, but they aren't enough to support any kind of decent workout.
you still burn calories and fat when you exercise regardless if you eat before you work out or not.. If you burn more calories than you take in that is how you lose weight
