How can i gain weight?
Question:
Answers:
Talking to a dietitian is the safest way... that way, you can work with them to set up a meal plan and exercise regiment to help you gain weight.
The "powder supplement shakes" should only be used as an assistance to diet/exercise, not as a soul source.
Also, to note, the WORST way to gain weight is just to eat more... it's moreso eating the right things to gain the weight to make sure you're getting more of the healthy stuff.
Um eat a **** load of food.
Steak and eggs for breaskfast m8!
eat more
umm.eat i guess
drink slim fasts in addition to your regular meals.
Milkshakes and pancakes before bed. Also how old are you? As you get older your metabolism will slow. Mine did and now I'm a Jabba the Hut stand in.
lol ur lucky just eat eat and eat !!
fast foods can do very well
Eat a lot of protein
eat more protein, meat, eggs. drink a lot of milk. if that doesnt help, see a nutritionist
eat larger meals but less often , maybe 3 large meals no snacking in between. . Try mass shakes maybe as well.
WOW...i wish i "needed" to Gain weight. lol well, u dnt wanna really gain wait with junk foods and icky stuff. maybe instead of getting fatter, you should get more buff! try working out, and soon you'll be all muscles and that weighs more than fat. you dont want to be unhealthy, or chubby.

it will happen brother, its called middle age---but, if you want eat lots of fatty food and never exercise---try drinking lots of heavy beer too
try protein shakes and vitamins. It won't be fast, but at least your be getting all the nutrients that your nody needs. Also, get muscle anf fitness magazine, b/c there is always weight gaining articles in there
eat a lot of high protein foods before you go to bed. you'll proly get some really funky dreams, but your body won't burn off the calories that way. also don't eat a ton, that will make you fat. build muscle. go to gyms and work out.
eat things that are high in like carbs. dont listen to those other people saying like eat JUNK FOOD. that is the worse thing to do. i am trying to gain 10 lbs myself and it is hard. my personal trainer told me to eat 5 500 calorie meals a day. Eat like meats and stuff. but dont go to fast food and pig out. also treat your self more often. like this week i totally pigged out and nothing happend :( i actually lost 3 pounds!! good luck and email me if you need anymore help
Eat McDonald's, French fries, Hamburgers, drink coke, dont work out.
eat food and also junk food it has some fat in it
WOW ----- Enjoy it. There will come a time when you say to yourself ---- "Why can I not be like I was when I was 15?"
5'8" - 112lbs ??
Add a good multivitamin and protein. Try to get in the weight lifting classes this year, but do not lift too much it causes stretch marks. (use a good coco butter upper arms, thighs and your butt)
You are young and that is part of it, but if you want to gain weight try body building and weight gain drinks.
My ex had the same problem and they both helped him.

ur lucky i need 2 lose it just eat junk food all the time
To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.

You are a teenager. Many teens are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So,you should not try to put on weight by eating fatty food, since it will be difficult to lose this fat later.I found this information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.h...
