16 year old Diet?
Question:
Im 5'2" 157 lbs
and I want to weigh 110 or 120
Can anyone give me some good advice.
At this very moment its not really about the whole weighing thing, I just want to lose my HUGE! thighs, and my stomach fat, and arm fat, thats about it. If you guys have any good ideas
prefrebly a Diet it would help so much thanks.

I'm 15, almost 16, mayself and I think I might be able to help you some.
Diet wise, I dont know really what kind of purpotions you eat but sometimes if you cut to where whatever you would normally eat you can start by cutting it down every mean to about 3/4 or 1/2 of what you would normally eat. For about the first few days to week you may feel a slight hunger constantly but your stomac will shrink and you won't be as much anymore making you start to lose weight by not consuming as much.
Also what I do is if you like yogurt, buy Yoplay LIGHT and eat them for breakfast or even a snack sometimes. They come in lots of flavors and are really good for you.. lots of calcium and only 100 cal's.
Bread: you can buy some whole wheat bread and there is some that has only 35 cal's in a piece! Very good. Just don't go overboard on the bread but try to make it whole grain if possible.
Chips: Buy Baked. Much better for you and most you can hardly taste a difference other than a bit crispier.
You can buy lots of stuff now in the 100 calorie packs.. even popcorn!
Really, overall what I do is just start getting in the habit of checking calories on foods. Try to keep snacks under 120-150. Less the better. Some meals for breakfast and lunch keep under 200. So by dinner you only have maybe at most 1000 out of 2000 thought thats on average, to lose weight it's best to try to keep it around 1800 or less if you can.
You might want to try to get in some exercising too. You can just walk a mile or run or play something.. whatever you like to do. You can work your thighs like you want by doing different types of lunges and squats. I do those for volleyball and they work amazing. But try working out or something for at least 30 minutes a day.

Well all you really need to do is pump up your water intake to 70-80 ounces a day, spreading it evenly throughout the days.
When you first wake up, drink 8 ounces of hot water with the juice of half a lemon. This is great for cleansing your system.
Eat breakfast everyday. Oatmeal (no sugar, just a little skim milk) with a banana is good. Or two egg whites and one egg scrambled or however you like it. You can add turkey or ham sliced to it.
Lunch- salad (spinach and lettace with cucumbers or anything you like) with grilled chicken, light balsamic vinegrette or apple cider vinagar as your dressing, and some feta cheese if you like. Also you can crunch up a Wasa cracker if you want some crunch.
4 pm- have either a piece of fruit, Or Dannon light and fit yogurt with some almonds in it.
Dinner- Have some meat/fish, tomatos, green beans or brocolli, salad if you like. and some fruit.
Dont eat past 7:30
Exercise- Either do 30 minutes at 3.5 with a 5 incline on the tredmil, or if you have no tredmil, then you can just jog up and down the steps for 20-30 minutes. (everyday)
Get gallstones! Lol I went from 138 lbs to 124 lbs in a matter of a month! haha.
Okay, cutting to the crap, I bike a lot, because I have thunder theighs, and so three hours a day of biking, and then eating minimal. eat no bread, or flour products because those are terrible.
No sweets, or things like that. Exersize more calories than you eat! :) It worked for me! Good luck hun!

also workout, you can't spot reduce but it will help you reach your goal faster.
