Question:
please help me
i wanna get more flexable
im 14 & i need some tips
what strechs should i do?
i especially wanna stretch out my legs && back because i can barely touch my toes i need alot of help

Answers:
Just practice stretching exercises, a little bit every day. Never force it, if it's too hard. Just go slowly, & you'll gradually find yourself stretching farther & farther!

It also helps to stretch a bit, do some exercise, & then stretch afterward, while your muscles are nice & warm.
stretch alot and exercise alot
i have da same problem
Work out and stretch every day. You can also start doing yoga or gymnastics or something and you will improve over time... However, some people are naturally more flexible than others, so you might never be much more flexible, but you can stratch out some.
Stretch daily every morning and during the day if you can. it will take a while but do a little more each day... any kind of stretching will work just hold the stretch for about 15 - 20 seconds. try not to bounce the stretch.
do yoga it gives u amazing flexibility
I suggest doing yoga for at least 30 min. a day! It's relaxing and good for strength. Buy a video, or check out your local studios!
