Eventually. It's a lot healthier, though.
There's basically no fat, calories, or sugar in the diet coke... but reducing the intake of chemicals is always a good option.
Drinking water is a good and healthy way to help your body detox (not to mention that you are reducing the toxins going into your system by not drinking soda), so it would help to cleanse out your body and help it work smoothly.
As far as tea, that really depends on what kind of tea it is. If it's caffeine-free and sugar-free, it shouldn't hurt at all, so it will also be a good alternative to diet coke. Some teas also help to detox.
This is going to sound gross but i was a diet pepsi freak i was sick of all the bloating i had so i went from diet pepsi to water and chrystal light, it was so much easier to get the water down, i lost my taste for pop and not constipated anymore, hehe and it revs up your metabolism like crazy, give it a try:)
Over time, yes. Water contains no sugar like soda so you will not be taking on as much energy. Sugar is stored as fat unless you burn it off with exercise, so by drinking water you will not be adding unneccesary sugar to your body.
