my brother uses protein shakes and they work for him... along with weights... its just good so that way you can work out everyday (you muscles will repair faster)
definately work on your abs too... girls like them ;)
Exercise your entire body but do more work for your biceps and triceps, these muscles grow faster when worked together. Also take creatine capsules. That works good and just about any other amino acids. Drink gatorade and plenty of water. Also stretch before and after workouts.
Buy protein powder, its a lot cheaper. Go to bodybuilding.com and search the supersite for articles on arm training.
fast way is to actually follow that food pyramid thing. Work out daily. running good. Keep a daily schedule and don't just only focus on arms. if you do, other muscles around it will do something crazy(can't remember Wat) but Don't Do It.
Remember, you arms are more your triceps then your biceps (tri meaning 3 and bi meaning 2, so 3 muscles compared to 2). Look around on the web, there are tons and tons of workouts out there if you look. Try www.bodyforlife.com, there are workouts, cardio plans, recipes, etc.
The secret to big arms are the shoulders & triceps. You certainly need to work your biceps, but if you really want to look buff, you have to get the shoulders. If you want the size, you have to hit the triceps. It takes time, & you have to start small & work your way up. You`ll also want to do some leg work, otherwise you`ll look topheavy, which is not cool.
