I've been told that 30 minutes to an hour a day is best because after 30 minutes, your body will burn calories for the next 3-5 hours I think.

ok i used to wight 140 lbc so i started to workout every day for 1 hour and what i mean is walking for 1 hour i used to run but with running i wated more then 140 lbc cuz my muscles got biger and thay wight more then the fat so u dont need to be muscler so start to with walking for 1 hour everyday to burn the calores and u need to burn calores more then u take in start to count ur calores on food and good luck
