the exercise your putting out is probably enough to maintain what you've got once you get to where you want to be, but its not enough to make great changes. believe it, trotting along on a treadmill is not going to do much, its easy to cheat on them, you end up just hopping up and down. increase the angle if you can and really learn how to push yourself. the bike ride too. look for increases in performance not just the amount of time you spend doing it. go for the burn, you will definitely see changes immediately.
Eat your last meal[whatever you want within reason]five or six hours before bed.If you must drink a glass of water or juice before bed for a snack.I gaurantee you will lose weight.I have lost twenty pounds and sleep better.
results are not going to come in 4 weeks. it is going to take some commitment. you probably have seen some results still.
suggestion:
eat six small meals a day to keep food cravings down
eat more fiber because it slows the digestion of fat
Drink more water! Water, water, water! It doesn't seem like you are getting any veggies in your diet. They are a quick way to fill you up with very little calories. These other foods that you are eating, are they homemade or out of a box? If out of a box, you should check the sodium levels. Sodium will leave you bloated, water retentive, and miserable. Try eating 5-6 small meals, every 2-3 hours. Drink 64oz of water daily, 8 hours of sleep, and step up your exercise a little bit. Walk farther or faster. Work your way up to an hour of walking and 5 miles on the bike. The weight will start falling off in no time.

Eating less and exercising more does not really help. Every person required some among of protein for your body to burn fat. However, we also cant have more than 2400 calories ( sorry if the number is wrong) while we are losing weight. So how can we have less calories and enough protein for you body so that our body won't store fat? Check on my site

YOu hvae been on toomany diets that have casued you to lose wieght. You have lost muscle mass and fat each tim and then you havegained weight. YOu go up and down like a yo yo becasue you are tryint to lose wieght instead of trying toeat healthy and be healthy.
the good thing abotu my worlds; best brealfast is that you are never hungry and you re eating things that can not make you gain weight.
When you slim down you need to follow a weight lioting muscle building regimine which means you do som eserious excercize then you eat a protien and then you rest fo rthree to four days.

Don't try to lose pounds of weight. Work on losing a half an ounce at a time. That you can do.
do not go on a diet but change your eating habits so tht you are losing a half an ounce a week. DO you realize how easy that would be. Drinlk a glass of wter before every meal to make your stomach more full. Than you will eat less.
