Im with sally. if you think about it a lot you will most likely eat it. I give myself a reward at the end of two weeks. so next week i can have something that is not so healthy and it works for me because i really want to lose weight. Like sally M said u can have it once a week and down feel down, just make an effort to burn it off, so go for a walk outside take a friend its not really anything to beat yourself up for!

If you eat one peice of candy, don't be so hard on yourself. Trying to not eat junk food is EXTREMELY hard. My diet is to eat junk food once a week. Sometimes i eat it a couple times, but after im done eating that candy i go get a drink of water and go take a walk. So what if you eat some candy, don't avoid the diet by saying, "Tomorrow ill start again." Keep going right after you eat that candy.
