Matabolism?

Question:
if someone(13 year old girl) has an extrmeley fast matabolism can they eat like 3000 cal. and stilll not gain??

Answers:
No because you can permanently ruin your metabolism. You need to eat right and 3000 cals a day is way too much! If you mess with your metabolism now it can effect you as an adult.
no ,don't push your luck=1800 is enough
you should go to your doctor.
I would go for a little less, I have a really fast metabolism and I couldn't gain if I wanted too, but if you want to gain weight then maybe I would try upping it a little bit, but not with too fatty foods, you don't want to clog your arteries! :)
haha to everyone who doesn't have a fast metabolism. Cuz i have a fast metabolism and i can eat all day. Its sooooo cool to just be able to eat all the time. Most of my friends are soo jealous of me cuz i can eat and they can't!

Regular exercise, preferably sustained, helps one to increase metabolic rate for the whole day. Taking medicine for the purpose is undesirable.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic
