Answers:
don't push yourself.. eat the right foods and walk for 30 minutes each day..oh and also, eat at the right times..
ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST NO MATTER WHAT
You need to eat regularly. Experts say to eat a few mini-meals a day, as opposed to just gorging on one or two. I know when I skip breakfast, I tend to eat more than I really need to later on. Not to mention I feel like crap and have no energy.

You're going to seriously damage your body if you become obsessed with it. Serious problems could occur. Just look up the food pyramid and follow it for a healthy body!
keep to eating the healthy stuff ( but please make sure its clean foods: chicken breast, veggies, fruits, lean meats.). its definitely the way to go ((:

and you NEED to exercise. do your cardio, light jogging for 20mins each day.

i promise you the weight will go off.
always have breakfast. this gives our metabolism a kick start to the day. otehr wise if you wait to eat, your metabolism is too slow and so eager for food that it stores it more than it would if u had eaten in the morn. the beast way to boost your metabolism and loose weight is to eat several small and healthy meals throughout the day.
good luck!
you need at least 1200 cals a day or your body will go into starvation mode.. this means that it wont burn fat unless it absolutely has to to keep you going. also if you dont eat enough food everything you do eat gets put on as fat straight away because your body isnt sure when it will get fed again.

try 6 small healthy meals a day.. this will help boost your metabolism and you will burn energy more effectively.

also drink a minimum of 2 litres of water a day.
Man you got it *** backwards. You need to eat 3 meals a day, and exersize. Dont feel sorry for yourself because you know the way your doing it is wrong. If your too lazy to do it rite, then be fat and deal with it.
you should exercise and work out. That will help a lot. Starving yourself is not healthy, you dont have to do that to lose weight. Dont get upset, you are beautiful the way you are.
You could try buying those packet of soups in winter and shakes in summer. Add some psyllium husks with powdered vitamin C in a glass of water and shake. There is a really good brand of Vitamin C with zinc and calcium and magnizium. If you eat meats then just have lean stuff, like grilled, I am vegetarian so that's out for me. Also eggs I suppose has no fat. That's out for me also.
listen i use to be a big girl, I was always scarred of gaining weight.. I was picked on all my life for being heavier. One day I just gave up, and it was then that i startted losing weight... When I wasn't concentrating on my weight I became more active and I just started to enjoy life, I didnt care what I lloked like anymore.. The weight just started pouring off. I use to be 220lbs now I am 140lbs. You just need to take your mind off your weight become active and watch what happens. Trust me.
This is a common misconception with people who are dieting-they think if they eat only 1 meal a day then the pounds will just melt off.

On the contrary...

You're body is hungry and ready for "fuel" every 2-3 hours. When your body doesn't get it's breakfast, snack, lunch and doesn't get to eat until 6 at night-the food that you eat at that moment-your body stores it instead of burning it. Why? It's gone into "starvation mode" and it doesn't know when it'll receive it's "fuel" next.

Eat every 2-3 hours during the day.

Eat your breakfast.

Eat a healthy snack (yogurt, fruit, etc...)

Eat your lunch.

Eat a health snack (fruit!! veggies!0

Eat dinner.

Exercise (30-60 Min's 5 times a week)

Eat a healthy snack (fruit, veggie, granola bar, etc!)

You do this and your body will get into the mode of knowing it'll receive food in a couple of hours so it'll burn the food that you have just consumed instead of storing it and eventually becoming fat.
you are gaining weight when you exercises because muscle weighs more than fat ! weight yourself only once a week because we can fluctuate up to 5 pounds in a day also weigh yourself at the same time of day mornings are the best after your first pee . i would suggest you r read more on dieting because if you starve yourself then eat your body will store it as fat because it is hungry so its harder to loos e .i know because i gained 60 pounds in 2 years because i was uneducated about it. so eat 6 times a day even if it is and apple or salad excise but remember again muscle weighs more than fat so measure yourself once every two weeks and you should only loose 2 pounds a week then it will stay off its not good to diet just eat what you want but in moderation 2 pieces of pizza not 4 for example or no bread after 6 and eat whole wheat bread read about yourself and be good to yourself
Whoaaa.scary eating alert.

You are worrying WAY too much about your weight. Did you know that your weight will fluctuate between 4 and 7 pounds from the time you wake up till the time you go to bed? Your water intake affects your weight (water is heavy, if you think about it) and so will the food you eat.

Best way to manage your weight is to weigh yourself at the same time every morning, and average out all the numbers every week. That way you can see reliable results, and not just look at your water weight.

That being said, eating a big breakfast is THE BEST way to diet. If you eat something big and healthy in the morning, when your metabolism is at its peak, then your belly will be set for the rest of the morning/afternoon and then you can have 3 or 4 light meals/snacks every few hours afterwards.

Humans were actually meant to eat at a constant rate. The "3 big meals" we have here in this country is only because it's convenient and socially acceptable. It's actually much healthier to have 4 or 5 SMALL meals a day.

Lastly, exercising is the best way to keep your body healthy, fit, and toned. If you've been through middle school health classes, you should know that muscle weighs more than fat. So unless you want to be a skinny bag of bones (not attractive), do some light exercise so that you can stay fit and toned and looking great like Jessica Alba and whoever else you like. All those TV/movie stars get the way they are with rigorous workouts and healthy eating, not by starving themselves.

Eat healthy and exercise. Drink plenty of water and get a good nights' sleep. That's what any doctor would tell you, because that's what WORKS.
I heard lately that it helps if every time you think you're hungry...drink something instead...a glass of water...a diet drink...unsweetened tea or tea with artificial sweetener. They say it helps to curb your appetite. Weigh only in the morning before you eat anything...don't weigh throughout the day. Cut down on carbohydrates and fats. Good Luck. (Been there..done that...lots of times)
It's important that you eat three time a day. If not, that will lower your keytones. Also to lose weight you will have to exercise. Changing your eating habits isn't gonna cut it. About 30 min. after you eat try walking, jogging, you know nothing to intense like the gym.
I would say definatley eat breakfast hun,Just try and make it something less fatty.. so you can forget about the frenchtoast, and waffles, and eggs, and bacon! try something like going out to the grocery store and buying a fruit salad..have that for breakfast and then have yogurt!..Try getting excersize also..try jogging, bicycling, anything that will get your heart pumpin, but you have to be in your certain range for atleast 15 minutes for fat to actually start BURNING! For dinner try eating Salad or make it intresting..and put Mash potatoes with gravy..that seems a little fatty! but take it as a TREAT LOL!
and this is coming from someone who is PRETTY SKINNY LOL! with a big *** lmao

GOODLUCK! HOPE I HELPED!
skipping meals is not good for you it makes your metabolism slower. Its really hard but try to see what foods trigger you to gaining weight. when you exercise you do get a bit more hungry but it is necessary to do it at least 30min of something everyday try instead of skipping bfast having a celery and cucumber juice with half a lime and a pinch of salt it will not only will it curb your appetite but lower some of the calories you in take during the day. for a snack try carrot sticks with lime or lemon juice instead of ranch eat. 5 small meals its better to have 5 small ones then 3 heavy meals
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
