I need to lose 70lbs to be healthy?


Question:
i weigh 230lbs and have a big frame
my mom says that i would look sick if i weighed less than 160. how can i lose that weight?

get a bow-flex...lol j/p do what i did 200 sit-ups,100 push ups,and then run a mile! lol you will confuse your muscles but thats a good thing do 50 sit ups 25 push ups and then run a quarter mile then restart the process! i lost 20 ibs. in a month!
im 230 too and im 5'8/5'9 i think for me 175 is pretty healthy cause im tall

Just start with walking and decrease your calorie intake. It's all about how many calories you take in and how many calories you burn. Increase your protein and limit your sweets, and start with walking. It only takes little changes to see am inprovement. Also cut out soda and carbonated beverages from your diet. They have a lot of sodium.
Yes you need to and do it the right way. Eat heathly and excerise. No surgery please. Do it the right way and read the facts and not the opinion. Also keep track on what you eat and also get a trainer too.
