That would depend on several things. Firstly you would need to take into consideration how much exercise you plan on doing and how often you plan on doing it. Secondly, you need to plan a diet that focus on being low on fat. No matter how hard or long you exercise if you continue to eat a diet that is high in fat you will not see much change as whatever you loose through exercise you will put back on through your diet. For most people loosing 45 pounds will take around 12 months. To try and loose this much weight quicker would require a big change to the way that you already live and so many people would find it too tiring and hard to commit to.
