My brother is a hardcore veggie and is only 13 will he grow?

Question:
he doesn't drink milk, eat cheese is there any substances for it?

Answers:
Beans and rice (most grains actually), that replaces everything essential in meats.
Olive Oil and iodized salt, that replaces everything essential in fish.

All four, and it would be like a traditional diet without the saturated fat and avoids most of the sleazy tricks in the food industry.
tell him to consume soy protein shakes. He's going to need it or he'll be very sickly.
He's a 'vegetarian'?
If so, he will probably grow as long as he eats enough fruits, veggies and carbohydrates. Since he'll be missing some important nutrients found in meat, however, he'll need to be given vitamins daily to make sure he isn't deficient in something.
force feed him a steak
he needs protein!!
there are calcium pills also [[since he doesnt drink milk]]
BEANS!
he need some meat to have strong body...at least twice a week.
Make him eat beans , nuts, rice, and tofu... he needs protein to grow.
Yes he will and probably will be more healthy than you.

If It was my kid I would make sure they are taking their daily vitamin and also getting a protein suppliment like protein bars or shakes.
