Im only 13 and I want to know the best way to burn fat ?

i am 5'2 and I weigh 120 pounds. My belly is 35 inches round...My chest is about 32. Plus I have the biggest thighs. What is the best way to burn my stomach, chest, and thigh fat..eeeeeeeek help
I used to be 130 pounds but i lost 10 for some reason...

well with school right aroung the corner that will help. drink lots of water eat a very low fat diet, and take lots of walks. maybe you are just how you need to be but I know from my daughter legs and thighs can be a problem and my other daughter she complains cause she got a big plump bum lol try to exercise and avoid fats youll do fine
Get off of the computer and stop playing video games and get outside and get some excercise! Get your friends together and play freeze tag or hide and seek, kickball, kick-the-can or play street hockey, baseball, football, play a game of horse, jump rope. just get off of your kiester and get outside and do something!
