I'm on a diet...but defintally not the kind you would want to be on.
You could try doing something like sit ups I guess. As for a diet, just eat lots of fruits, veggies, lots of water and just watch what you're eatting. And remember techniqually the only healthy way to loss weight is 1lb a week.
Normally discipline works!You can achieve anything with discipline.I lost 10kg and stopped smoking 40 cigarettes a day after 8years just by disciplining myself not to do certain stuff,limiting food and exercising.
forget fast, it tends to not last the weight alomost always comes back on those sorts of diets. Learn to eat right, learn what foods are the worst in fat and calories and just cut back.
take one plate of food do not go back for secounds. Drink lots of water while you eat and you will eat less. But whatever you do make sure it is a life change not just a quick fix or your efforts will be worthless
It is possible to loose 50lbs quickly, but it is unhealthy and your more likely to regain those 50lbs and then some.
My best advice is to eat healthy and work out 3-4 times a week for 1/2 hour. If your not sure what kind of workout is appropriate, your doctor maybe able to reccomend a specific workout or a trainer who will help you work around your injury.
As for diet pills, just don't. They wont do anything except suck up your money.
