Do you gain weight befroe you lose when exercising?

Question:
how long until i lose?

Answers:
some people may not everyone it depends on your body type and how often you work out...take it easy do every other day cardio and days inbetween do lifting.
you know I have done the same thing..I ve gained 10 lbs and I have been working out for two months...uhhhh
If you're eating a healthy diet between 1200-1500 calories daily and getting regular exercise at least 3-5 days a week you should start to see results within your first week.
some times i know i did it can happen if you gain muscle from the exercises you did, or you've been eating too much i hope its the first one.
i been going to the gym for 5 months i gained 4lbs and then just last week i lost 6lbs.so im confused lik u
it depends on the exercises you are doing. and if you are watching your diet during the same period. If you are just lifting and eating more then you are going to gain. That's one of the big traps people fall into. They are starving after they workout and pig out. Not a good method to losing weight even though you are getting stronger.
