there are excercises for the back. you can look it up on line, they are easily found. i had back problems in the past and physical therapist showed me the same ones i found online.
ive had a similar problem and the best thing i thought that actually help me was yoga. like stretching, but with yoga i took my time and wasnt forced to go crazy all at once. at your local bookstore there's probably a book or video. i hope this helps.
well what i would do is ... push ups!

A lot of back problems are solved by strengthening your core muscles-- look at some yoga..
