Is estrogen in the form of a matabolizer pill bad for a 20 yr old?


Question:
I purchased these metabolizer pills ( fat burn 1 and fat burn 2 APEX) at 24 HR FITNESS. I brought them to a walgreens and the pharmacist said the fat burn 2 pills were pretty legit but the fat burn 1 pills had something called ' milk thistle extract' (525 mg of it ). He said he didnt see why a 20yr old needed more estrogen? I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these pills and if they are safe for me to take?

Answers:
You need to consult a doctor before you take this. Estrogen can do some harm, like causing breast cancer.
