What exercises can i do 2 tone my legs and bum up?


Question:
my bun is saggy where im lazyy haha its quite big im 5ft 1 and weigh 112lb
i do eat kinda healthy even my mum said i dnt need 2 change my eatin she said i just need 2 tone my bum up
but what exercises are there that i can do ?

Step aerobics and ramping do wonders for the bum and legs...for weight training squats...can't beat them for toning.

squats, lunges, and sit on the floor with your feet together (butterfly style) hold your feet with your hands and rock your bum from left to right.
To tone your butt, lean on a wall and pretend your sitting down. do this for about 10-20 min.
