I'm thinking of doing a liquid detox diet. What liquids are best?

Question:
For the people who want to say that starving yourself is bad, I'm not going to starve myself. I'm going to consume the recommended number of calories, just in liquid form. So if you're going to lecture or preach, I'm not really interested. My question is what are the healthiest liquids I can drink which will actually benefit my system and help detox? Carrot juice? Tomato juice? Help would be great

Answers:
Congrats on your decision to detox. You will feel totally refreshed afterward, and have a new energy that you never experienced before!

I reccommend buying a juicer. You can get an awesome one for 30 bucks at walmart. I like to mix up my juices, I can't drink just one juice, unless it's apple.
I suggest you drink one glass of apple juice along with another glass of juice for each 'meal.'

I love to mix carrots, apples, pears, and grapes. Really, just mix it up and see what works for you. Make sure to add veggies, you can't even taste them! Carrot, apple and spinach juice tastes great!

Good luck!!

Oh yea, and drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water during the day, to flush out toxins.
amount of calories required depend upon your weight
simple formula is weight multiplied by 36= to calories required per day
now how can we make a diet
milk contain roughly 70calories per 100 ml
Dal (pulses or cereals ) water contain about 375/500ml
tomato juice around 200calories /110ml
u can calculate in simple way making 3 to 4 feedings
best luck
