here is a body weight olny exercise that will cost no monet and you will strong under sources i will put some gym exercises you can do , but eat around 3500 cal a day about 160 g of protein 80 grams of fat and 554 carbs eat 6 times a day and you will grow
suicide pushups put on a book bag filled with anything you can fing that wont hurt your back that has weight put it on your back and place 3 chairs 1 for your feet and 1 for each arm set them up in a triangle and do push ups on them go as far down as possible and come back up with as much energy and power as possible
do pull ups for your back
do triceps dips with weight in your lap
put your feet against a wall almost to stand on your head as inclined as you can and do push ups so that you feel it in your shoulders
do chinups for ur biceps
do burpees for you thighs ( squat down as far as possible and jump up as high as you can from that postion)
and stretching builds stronger muscle
