I thinking about doing a diet...Should I do it?

Question:
My dad keep on saying you are fat and my friend say your skinny should I do on a diet?

Answers:
Whoa Anna Banana,
I didn't know you were THIS serious. Instead of going on a diet, try working out. You know, instead of sitting at home all day and playing Nintendo DS, go outside and run around or something. Much more effective.

Hugs and kisses from Rony,
Margo
That's horrible your dad is saying that! What a jerk! You say what your friends and your dad think, but what do you? If you lose weight for other people you are doing it for the wrong reasons and it won't stick. Take care of you.
Check your bmi and bring the numbers to your dad. I have a feeling your weight is medically sound. Then tell him the chart doesn't lie and to back off. If you are a few pounds overweight tell him that his nagging you is not helping the issue. Good luck and take care of yourself.
Do it.
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.myldirect.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 5.49$ shipping and handling.
