well you need to tone your stomach muscles do thes cruches i do theyburn so much but you know they work good.
here are the steps
1.if your doing them at home lay on your floor and prop you feet up against like your couch so they aren't on your couch but against it and sit close so your teights and knees are point straight up and inline with your ankles.
2.cross your arms over your chest and tighten your stomach mucles and go up a little and go down with out going down all the way. start with doing 50 in reps of 10and they build it up.

I swear by stomach crunches. It's nice to hear that you don't want to lose weight but just tone up... weight training would help too, but that may add some weight in muscle. Yoga helps a lot too, builds lean muscle. Good luck!
if you have average BMI then your fat is just undigested, drink more water per day (i mean a lot), that's the only reason that some people still have fat somewhere in there body even tho they exercise and dieting....
and if you want to lose fat, then workout, the muscle will exchange for the fat
