Dude, I am a soda freak, but only have had 3 this week. Do you like watermelon. No joke, this guy lost 40 pounds in 3 weeks eating watermelon for B, L and D. Try this, jog around for a little while and stay away from SODA! If you don't like watermelon, try alternative fruits like grapefruits and cucumbers. Do a little cardio and you will be on your way. Stay away from Carbs. 20 Carbs a day will keep the fat away.

ok, you are at a healthy weight now...you dont need to lose anymore weight. im 5'5 and i weigh the same. but...i understand the want of trying to get smaller so here:
STOP DRINKING SODA, FOR GOOD. its so bad for you. theres nothing soda does thats beneficial except help cravings for soda.
drink a lot of water to clean out impurities in your body.
eat veggies and fruit. stay away from processed foods.
exercise, do a lot of cardio, running if possible is the best workout you can do.
dont eat too much candy or sweets
with every meal you eat, make sure you are eating carbs (for energy), protein (for muscle production) and fiber (to be regualr daily)...
