I have been working out like mad and I want to know.?

Question:
( I just recently found out I had skin cancer and it really kicked me in to a health kick) I work out everyday, eat right whole grains, fish, dark green vegetables basically lean and green. I wake up at 5:30 take my dog to the beach for one hour. Then I come home and meet my sister at the gym and workout for an entire hour (or more) weights and cardio. I take vitamins everyday (vitamin e, b12, fish oil, 1 a day multi, calcium) The thing is, after the workout I am run down, I dont mean a bit tired from a hard workout or getting up early... I mean exhausted. I fall alseep for about 2 hours. I try and fight it but I can't. What is wrong with me? Do I need more iron? Will my body finally get use to this because i'm not going to stop this. Help, suggestions. I have a doctors appointment on the 16th so I will ask him... but everyone on here is very helpful and insightful so I wanted yall's (sorry im from texas..lol) opinion...xoxo Lindy Lee

Answers:
Hmm, well I admire your tenacity. My mum desperately clung to every day of her life and now I have a neighbor who has cancer. He has a will to beat it as well.
For myself, I just hope to die painlessly if not in my sleep. I have nothing more to do in life and really wish to let go of it.

Your diagnosis refreshed your zeal to live and now you have put yourself in the physical fast lane as a reaction. You don't need to strain yourself to enjoy life, just drink V8 juice and eat sensibly.
