Im 13 years old going into the 8th grade...I bench 120LB...and I squat about 125LB..is this good?

I'm 5'6...and I weigh about 165...I workout everyday trying to lose a couple of pounds also...so my bench and squat will get better.

Your probably going to get sick if you don't get your muscles to relax and heal themselves. You are only supposed to work out about 3 times a week.
