Would it be good to eat a fruit smoothie after exercise?

(even if i didint add any whey protein)

Answers:
I would take in the protein. You need it after a workout. Fruit is all carbs..you should take that before your workout. But it won't do you any harm for sure.
If you were planning on Jamba Juice or something I'd just eat fruit . A lot of calories and sugar in Jamba Juice .

If you were going to make your own then yeah just don't go overboard with what you put in it because fruits do have a lot of sugar.
