Do Situps and Legups and you will see results, when you tense your stomach there will be hard muscle there.
You should combine your sit-ups with cardio workout... your results will be alot distinct
I also do sip ups for my abs and to tell you the truth it works for me, i do set ups every morning before i get up, bot only 20 times but every day no stopping, make it as your daily habit. I guarantee you its works. now i can ware anything coz i don't have "bill bill" anymore.
