Weight loss??
Question:
Answers:
Eat healthy (but yummy) and exercise (but fun).
I dont like dieting because it restricts you from eating what you want and doesnt let you live. Instead of eating straight fruits and veggies and ONLY healthy stuff, try eating low fat ice cream (in moderation), frozen blueberries sprinkled with SPLENDA, celery sticks, baked apple crisps, bananas with cinnamon, etc. You can eat healthy food but also have fun with it. Try making your own little meals and snacks that are healthy but are fun to make and also actually tastes decent. I know that plain spinach leaves taste awful so try mixing some stuff in it so that its yummy and tastes good. Dieting doesnt have to be all strict and boring, have fun with it.
Also, you need to exercise! I know as a human being like you, that jogging for hours is no fun, so try speed walking around at the mall. You get to shop and exercise, just make sure that you dont end up drinking a Starbucks frap while your doing that. Instead, walk around with a large cup of iced water and sip on that while you walk and shop. Good luck!

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.
Also, the pattern that you choose to eat your meals each day is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. This is true because your body is like an "engine" and it only needs certain foods at certain intervals each day, and if you don't eat the right foods at the right times then it won't burn those calories -- and you'll wind up storing those calories as fat tissue. (Hint: You need to eat more than 3 times per day to lose weight
You have three months which is plenty of time to lose 15lbs. you have to be committed to losing this weight and start a solid diet with good nutrition and an exercise plan. Start off by reducing but deleting the fat intake, reducing but not completely deleting carbohydrates, increase in green leafy vegetables and a slight increase in protein. Do not be so concerned about actual weight so much as how many inches you want to loose off your waistline. Muscle weighs more than fat by about 6 times. when you increase your muscle mass you burn more fat. Before you start any diet and exercise plan get a check up. good luck.

Three months is plenty of time to lose 15lbs. The most effective way to lose is to exercise - if your food intake (by calories count) is less than total energy expenditure (also by calories count) in given period of time, you will certainly lose weight. Human gains weight by supplying more energy to the body (by eating) than it expedites (by activity, both muscles and brain).Weight gain is based on process of converting
sugar (known also as carbohydrate) into fat in mitochondria of fat cell in the body.
However, the usual quest is probably for finding a way to lose weight by no exercising. It is possible. One needs to
apply one or all from the following list:
1. Count calories intake versus how much your BODY FRAME needs per day. If you will it less calories than your body frame requires, the body will start burning fat deposited in fat cells.
Eating less calories than necessary - reverses "fat depositing" process and begins "fat burning" process.
This is true for all healthy bodies, but may not work in organically damaged body (unhealthy body)
2. remove high glycemic foods from your diet. This in practice means removing products high on sugar especially containing refined sugars and some starches. There is simpler way of seeing this - count calories of carbohydrates, protein and fats in given product, that is 1g carb=4 cal; 1g fat=9cal; 1g protein=5cal. The total count of calories you intake per day has to be less by good margin than your BODY FRAME requires. This reverses fat depositing process.
If you wonder why I included fats and protein count in hi glycemic context.believe me, the hi glycemic science is lots of absurd because it is no different when you cut down on ANY type sugar in ANY type of product - from cutting down on sugars in SOME products. It all comes to the same calories count.,
You can cut down on sugar in CARBOHYDRATES count if you like, but feel free to cut down on FAT and PROTEINS calories count.
3. Avoiding alcohol and caffeine while dieting has some sense. Alcohol is highly caloric. Caffeine if drank together with meals - is upsetting proper digestive process by introducing adenosine to blood stream -and this alters proper distribution and sugar processing leading to fat depositing instead fat burning.
However if you will drink coffee 1.5 hours after the meal, there will be no adverse effects involved.
4. Some sources claim that vinegar 2-3 spoons added to meal can reduce sugar levels in blood by up to 30%
This info is not checked/tested by me, I mention it, but not necessarily promote. You can check on Internet what more professional sources talk about it and apply if you like.
5. Be patient to see results. Apparently first results of weight lost can be seen only after 3 weeks after significant change in diet was introduced. This is true, the body requires 3 weeks to reset to significant fat burning process. Many individuals that stop before 3 weeks deadline will never see what was possible to achieve in their quest - in most cases any amount of weight could be lost by being patient enough and go thru long period of diet regime.
These above 5 points can deliver weight loss without exercise.
If you can afford trekking, that is walking long distances
per day, there is case worth thinking about. One trekker recently (a true story) lost 18 kg by walking a distance 3500 km in 6 months. He walked 24 km/day - this made it certain to lose 18 kg. If you can afford walking a 12 km/day,
perhaps 9kg can be lost in 6 months time. I don't know whether my arithmetic is OK, but certainly walking is an easy way of exercising for a weight loss.
