dont have any candy or chocolate, eat mainly fruits, veggies and good meat. try to take a walk. if u have dogs itd be good but if not 30 minute to 1 hour walk after u eat a meal - lunch , dinner, breakfast. have eggs for breakfast. follow these tips ur likely to lose a couple pounds.

Well, how much weight? It depends. You can loose up to 3 pounds(maybe a little more or a little less) if you exercise and eat healthy.
You can't loose an amount people will take notice of, so there's no real point in trying unless you want o make a permanent lifestyle change
u cant!!! unless u get lypo. if u HAV 2 lose weight in 3 days eat nothing at all and do excersise, but i doubt that will do n e thing!
well you can lose some weight but not alot ...make sure you have correct proportions of food and drink water instead of pop etc. and make sure to exercise!

if your thinking of losing a lot of weight it wouldn't' be healthy but you can probably lose some weight if u exercise everyday and eat only fruits and veggies
well unless you dont eat and work out the whole time youll get nowhere. Ive been working out for the past three days straight, Ive been on a diet and Ive lost 3 pounds. I did it the HEALTHY way. If you dont do it the healthy way the second you eat a chip youll gain it all back. like you see how the celebritys get so thin then puff out right? thats becuase there not dieting the healthy way. if you want to keep the weight off for good do it the healthy way!
