Some people are just naturally fat...Describe "not much", please. What do you eat in a typical day?
You're probably not getting fat it might be your imagination.

But let's say you are, it could be that you have Thighroids desease. You gain weight no matter what. You eat healthy you stay the same weight, you don't eat healthy you gain weight. It's very hard to loose the weight though.
Its also depend on what you don't eat, that keeps your body balance. Try to drink a lot of water. And maybe your metabolism is not working much. And also try to do exercise.
You may be eating the wrong foods, very calorific foods or not doing enough exercise. Describe a typical day..
when you dont eat much your metabelism slows way down. then what you do eat is all turned into fat so your body can use it for energy to replace what it isnt getting. my suggestion is to eat more. carbs in the morning protein for lunch and a salad for dinner. + dont eat anything after 6pm it is harder to burn off. also it is better to get on a diet and exercise schedule so your body can know what it is getting and when it is getting it
If you are just hitting the teens (i noticed you name had "13" in it) you might be changing a lot right now and gaining weight and this is totally normal. Otherwise, you might just be eating the wrong foods and not excercising. A good way to loos weight is eating foods with high fiber and low salt because salt retains water in your body which keeps the weight in. Hope that helped
