Drinking water?


Question:
Ok so im drinking over 64 oz of water a day. Doing this should help me loose weight right? Or do i have to watch wat i eat still? Cause im 17 years old and i dont want to have to watch what i eat already. Im 5'4 and 136. I ride and exercise bike for at least 500 caleries a day. I start dance practice again next next for an hour twice a week, so am i doing enought to help to loose weight or should i do more?

lol funny we are the exact same height and weight anyways water helps you metabolize more so yes it helps ur diet, but you still need to watch wat u eat, you must avoid FRIED AND SUGARY FOODS. replace red meats with white meats, like chicken breast, eat lots of fruits, veggies, and try to follow a 1,300 to 1,600 calorie diet. I'm sure you're doing good right now, but if you do this stuff, you'll lose more faster.
give up all drinks except water for a week. put lemon for flavor. you'll notice a diffirence.
If you are comfortable with your body, then why try and lose weight. You are doing your body good by drinking lots of water!

eat only healthy, low sodium and low saturated fat foods along with your water, no more then 2,000 calories a day.

Do such type of labour which your body permits.Don`t do excess or less exercises.--To be slim-- ,you may be victim of ill health--Drink 10 glasses of water per day.
you should exercise for about an hour every day,even when you are not trying to lose weight... if you want to loose weight you need to watch what you eat, and exercise. if you want to loose weight quickly take out about 500 calories a day from yourdaily diet, so if you normaly consume 2,000 calories a day start consuming only 1,500 a day you will loose about a pound a week.
Main thing to loose weight is your diet . Excercise does nothing if your diet sucks .

Drinking water wont help you shed pounds but it's a start if you're replacing soda with it .

You'll never loose weight though excercising then going to get fast food or eating junk food after.
