look im 13 140 5'2 male
i been a real basketball player all my life
im goin somewhere wit it
im one of the best my age in the country im ranked 28 nationally
i been a thick kid all my life but never chubby always muscular
im getting very chubby
and i need to drop 15 pounds of fat
i dont wanna rush but i need help please!

well you can go on a diet and exercises regularly
I would eat healthy, maybe cut back on the meat and have a vitamin. Gaining weight is basically eating more calories than you burn. So excersize!!
