I don't think that you can really specify where it is that you want to gain weight. A lot of it is left up to your genes, and where it is that you have a tendency to gain whenever it is that you do. Take a look at your parents to get an idea. The most effective thing to do would be to make sure that you're working out and eating well. If you want to emphasize size in your butt or legs, then do a lot of weight lifting that focuses on those areas!
I have the same problem before but now perfect because i do exercise and the best is dancing, any style of step well do as long as you move you whole body. Dance everyday.
Afraid you can't "gain weight" in centralized areas of the body, unless your body type & hereditary indications allow it.

Besides, I don't think you mean weight as in "fat"? You probably mean "bulk or muscle" which can make you weigh more than "fat", but makes you look slimmer- unless you are in to "serious" body building.

Squats & Lunges will help.
Don't drink or eat malt. You can see malt in the bubbles of beer that you can see. It causes also belly bottom or spare tire.
I thought about getting the butt implants and started searching for more info and came across this site how to get
