Can u let me know is this is a good diet /exercise plan?
Question:
8 bottles of water 20 min on treadmill every morning
50 sit ups per day
no junk food and i eat lots of fruits
are bread and cereal ok
opinions needed please!!

dont starve yourself and dont forget to eat proteins! eggs, tofu, cheese or lean meat. u're growing and dont want to stunt your growth.
as far as calories per day, consume about 10 times the body weight (in pounds) u're supposed to have for your height but never less than 1,200-1,500.
Whole Grain Breads, and Whole Grain Cereals, and lots of dark leafy greens/veggies.
as long as the bread and cereals are whole grain and nutritious..(low on sugar and saturated fats) then they are okay. make sure you are getting enough protein and dark green vegetables. those are really good for you! also if you want a low fat protein try cooking up some eggwhites. they are high in protein and have almost no fat and very few calories. you can make anythin with them that you would make with normal eggs.
if you a female going on a diet at your age wouldn't be a good idea, with your body growing it could mess it up, your still young, it goes for both males and females.
my sister went to go on a died at that age the doctor didn't recommend it.
just eat right but still give your body the stuff it needs don't just eat fruits and drink water, still eat meat and have a hot deal everyday you can't just cut your body out, your body still needs the fat.
you have to balance out what you eat
bread and cereal are a must, especially wheat/whole grain
you're using a lot of energy during your workouts and you need to replenish them up.
little meat goes a long way w/the protein but try to avoid high fat.
water is a good choice, it's one of the fastest ways to lose weight, not to mention running.
you also have to eat vegetables, prefarably a little more than fruits.
