Can u let me know is this is a good diet /exercise plan?
Question:
8 bottles of water 20 min on treadmill every morning
50 sit ups per day
no junk food and i eat lots of fruits
are bread and cereal ok
opinions needed please!!

Since you are 13 and your body is still growing and changing, I would talk to your doctor about what appropriate nutrition would be for you. Why do you only have 25 days? In my experience, crash diets generally do not have healthy and lasting results. This is your body you are talking about- treat it kindly!
20 minutes on the treadmill might not be enough if your only have 25 days. try to go 1 hour or 2 40 minutes sessions. avoid breads and cereals. if your trying to lose weight you dont want to eat anything made from flour. also avoid dairy products. you should be able to drop 20 lbs if you do it right.
